Returns and refunds

I hope you are delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied I will offer a full refund, provided items are returned undamaged and securely wrapped in the original packaging within 7 days of receiving the goods.

If the reason for the return was a fault of my own, I will cover the cost of the return, but if the product was perfect, and you have simply changed your mind after the item has been shipped, then I ask that you pay the cost of shipping the return. This will not affect your refund, which will still be made in full for the cost of the purchase.

If you change your mind and cancel the order immediately with me or prior to shipping, you will be be eligible for a full refund including the shipping you paid.

When returning, please ensure that the package is sent signed for, and if purchase is over £200, is insured for the value of the artwork.
I am unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned goods.

In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method by which you paid within 14 days of receipt of the return.
